Our story
The foundation of Delta Roofing began long before our formal incorporation. Growing up immersed in Ontario's commercial contracting sector during the 1980s, founder Jim Ricardo learned the roofing trade from the ground up. That lifelong exposure to industrial project management, building mechanics and flat-roofing systems established a core philosophy centred on technical precision, robust safety standards and uncompromising quality.
In January 2002, Jim Ricardo brought a unique combination of family expertise and industrial capability together to incorporate Delta Roofing Inc. Establishing our central operations hub on Martin Grove Road in Etobicoke, the company was built with a clear focus on specialized, heavy-duty roofing systems, engineered to handle massive industrial facilities and corporate commercial complexes, and extended with the same industrial-grade precision to multi-residential properties.
More than twenty years on, Delta Roofing remains a trusted partner for property managers, facility directors and institutional clients across Ontario. With a secondary location at 199 Riverbend Drive in Kitchener, we bring that expertise to commercial and industrial properties throughout Southwestern Ontario.
